Local-only backups: the app connects from a workstation to the robot; files are written only to your configured paths. No robot data is uploaded to ControlsDeck.
Outbound-only licensing: brief HTTPS activation/heartbeat checks; no inbound firewall rules needed.
No persistent services: the app runs when launched; scheduled backups use Windows Task Scheduler in user context.
